SUPPLYING:
It concerns the supply and the disposal of the local Lemnian products and agricultural usefulness in Associations and non producers of the Union's region.
VINIFICATION ACTIVITIES:
The Union concentrates on behalf of the producers almost the total of the grape production of the island. The Vinification is being done in the Wine factory of the Union.
The produced wine is sold in bulk or bottled after standardisation and bottling in the section where the bottling is being done of the Organisation, which is found in the same with the Wine factory region, in the region Solinaria of Myrjnas, that has been modernised the last few years.
DAIRY PRODUCE:
The main activities of the U.A.C. of LIMNOS concern the concentration and disposal of the rural products of Limnos. In the sector of manufacture of the rural products the U.A.C. of LIMNOS develops an important activity in the vinification of the local grape production, with the production of wine of origin name of superior quality (V.Q.P.R.D).
In the sector of the cheese-making, it collaborates with private individual businessmen in the production of the white cheese and the cheese "Kalathaki (little basket) of Limnos", which with recent decision of the E.U. was characterized as product of name of origin and it develops important dynamics in the market of the dairy products.
